Diagnosis: Cervical Cancer. Histology: Keratinized pavement epithelium carcinoma.
Treatment: Radical surgery, retention of right adnexa.
Post-perative radiation therapy.

Recurrence: Quickly growing hypogastric tumor (abdominal) and bone involvement with metastases in right tibia, malleolus and thigh bone.
Histology: Keratinized pavement epithelium carcinoma.
No Standard Treatment.
July to October 1971
Issels Treatment: 12 weeks of in-patient immunobiological Issels Treatment combined with careful low-dose Chemotherapy. Several months of immunobiological out-patient follow-up treatment.
September to December 1973
Issels Treatment: 12 weeks of in-patient immunobiological Issels Treatment and several months of out-patient follow-up.
Mid-1974
Findings: Complete remission.
Follow-up until 1979
5 years cancer free without any recurrence, Mrs. R. E. leading a normal healthy life, fully fit for work.
